you need to figure out if your missing spark at the plgs,or check fuel pressure at fuel rail,you'll need at least 55psi of fuel pressure,but if you have had no luck spraying the throttle body,your probably missing spark
do the heater core coolant supply hoses both get hot at the firewall in the engine compartment? if yes then you have a defective temperature control blend door actuater motor.
I assume all lamps are tested to be ok.
1) Check fuse A11 in trunk (10A) is ok,
2) Check turn flash enable relay 'F' in trunk is operated when vehicle Ign on,
3) Check +12V is present on Lt Blu wire on turn flasher module (LHS steering column) when Ign on,
4) if no fault found during above checks, operation of the turn switch should be checked

I'd start by tracing the fuel supply and return lines from the gas tank to the engine compartment. Make sure that they are free of kinks or other damage.
Next, check the fuse box and make sure there is power to the fuel pump. Trace the electrical connections leaving the fuel tank and make sure they weren't torn or otherwise damaged by the tire tread.
