I have a 2004 Pacifica and mine is on the drivers side front, underneath between the bumper and the wheel splash guard. You will need to remove the splash guard ti access the PCM. Not very hard at all. Replacement time for a handy DIYer: about 1/2 hour. Good luck!!

After changing the water pump and timing belt on a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica 3.5 the engine will idle but surges when I accelerate. There is no codes being shown.

i'd advise rechecking the timing belt positioning again , surging can be a symptom of timing being out and i would'nt expect any codes if its the belt timing, as is set up manually and not monitored by the PCM

A mechanic would pull the fuses to find the drain.
You could disconnect the computer and check it, but it provides a ground to a large number of sensors and relays so it could still be tough to find the fault.

The location is different depending on if you have a 5 or 6 seater vehicle. I gave you both loctions (see pictures below). This should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you need an owners manual for your vehicle, you can email me at [email protected] with your make, model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy of it. No woriies it won't cost you anything. Anyhow, I hope this helps you and good luck. Here's your pictures:

I have a 2007 Pacifica and the check engine light came on and a code PO 420. What does that mean?

The catylitic convertor is almost plugged up fully or the 02 sensor may have been degenerated
have these items checked out before more related emission items go bad down the line
