DID YOU CHECK THE FUEL PUMP SHUTOFF SAFETY SWITCH ON THE LH/DRIVERS SIDE IN THE TRUNK & MAKE SURE IT IS DOWN ,& EVEN IF IT IS SOMETIMES YOU CAN TAKE SOMETHING & PUSH IT UP & THEN PUSH IT BACK DOWN & IT WILL CRANK,& BELOW THAT SWITCH IN THE TRUNK IS A FUEL PUMP DRIVER MODULE ,IT MAY BE BAD,THOSE ARE A COUPLE OF THINGS THAT HAVE WORKED FOR ME ,& THATS PRETTY MUCH ALL I DO IS WORK ON FORDS, & LX CROWN VICS & P71 POLICE CROWN VICS WHERE I AM WORKING, HOPE THAT IT MIGHT HELP YOU FIX IT. since the fuses are ok i would try the servo this is the piece that looks like two face. it has a solid back on one side and a rubber front on the other it should be around your master cylinder. check to make sure that the wires arent frayed or have come loose.
Some what! the door locks are not easy.it could be the switch and it can also be one of the door lock acturators is stuck in one direction, they do this often on ford.
The window is either the switch or the motor is gone, sometime the motor can be good and the regulator goes bad,the cable assembly that the motor rides with.
Look for a wiring harness on the passenger side of the car that leads to the right side of the dashboard - up underneath it - it should lead you to a rectangular aluminum box. That's your computer.
