Front passenger side turn signal blub only last about 3 months before going out.what could be the problem

The problem is in the bulb, or the socket, or the wiring to these.
Whenever a turn signal flashes fast, know that one of the bulbs is not working.
You have already identified the problem as being the front one. Problem could be the hot wire, or the ground wire, or the ground connection to this bulb.
Start by taking a tester to the hot wire, and see if it is receiving electrical impulses when the turn signal is on.
( It probably is, unless the car has been in a wreck and has been improperly repaired.)
Then check the socket or the wires to is and see if the bulb is grounded.
I suspect the ground is defective, and either a new socket or a repair to the ground wire should fix you rights up.

If on the dash the arrow just lights but no blink. You have a blown light bulb on that side could be front or rear. Turn on flashers it should ID which blub

faulty earth wire on the wiring cluster for the heat light check with a meter and fix the earthing point.

The blub is most likely the problem on the right front.

It is as simple as your hazzard switch needs to be replaced yes your hazzard switch as now turn signals are built threw the hazzard switch my PT Cruiser had same problem as my s10 replaced hazzard switch fixed the problem

sounds like you need more parts,i use salvage yards for most of my external repair parts

A likely cause is a dirty / corroded bulb socket which is causing arcing & overheating the bulb.

Since you didn't state whether it is a V6 or V8, I'll give you both.

V6 -4.3Liter
Firing Order is 1-6-5-4-3-2
Distributor rotor turns Clockwise
Number 1 spark plug tower on distributor cap, faces the front of the engine.

->Drivers side, spark plug order in engine, starting from the Front going back:
1-3-5
->Passenger side, spark plug order in engine,
starting from the Front going back:
2-4-6

If it's Electronic, the distributor cap has a Left side, (Drivers side), and a Right side, (Passenger side)
Starting from the Front, going back on the Left side,
3-1-5
Starting from the Front going back on the Right side,
2-4-6

V8-5.0, 5.7, and 7.4Liter
Firing Order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2
Distributor rotor turns Clockwise
Number 1 spark plug tower on distributor cap,
faces Front, towards the Drivers side.

Electronic distributor cap has two sides. Drivers, (Left), side and Passenger, (Right), side.
Starting from Front going back on Drivers side,
1-7-3-5
Starting from Front going back on Passenger side,
8-2-4-6

Spark plug order in engine, starting from Front going back, Drivers side:
1-3-5-7
Spark plug order in engine, starting from Front going back, Passenger side:
2-4-6-8

Your front turn signal socket is shot. Buy a new one at the dealer for about 30.00. It will fix it. You may be able to clean it and wiggle it to get it to work. But it wont last very long. I had the same problem. Replaced the socket and it is fine. Note: If one side is bad the other side it not far behind. Probably 2 or 3 months it will go also. Good Luck.
