P1699 is code specific, P0016 is cam/crank positioning correlation sensor A - bank 1. B1900 is code specific too. I will try to get you more info Monday.

09 Honda civic heater fan not turning on .blower motor is ok fuse is ok .but blower fan is not turning since engine light turn on please help.

Do you mean ENGINE MANAGEMENT LIGHT, if engine management light is on get the fault codes read and get the faults fixed, the engine management light is there for a purpose, not a Christmas tree light you know.

Eng code p0016

P0016 fault is poor crank/cam correlation. In other words the signals the ECU is receiving from the crank and/or cam sensors isn't making any sense and this could be caused by bad cam timing, wiring, connectors or the ECU itself or by faulty sensors but as you have changed these, probably not.

The fuse for cooling fan #1 keeps blowing and the check eng light then come on.

if no wire are rubbing to ground ,check the coolant fan motor itself short to ground or draw to much current.
it's the most common problem. and erase code.

2002 tracker, keeps blowing 15 amp fuse that runs heatr fan and lets car shift out of park

I looked at the wiring diagrams and those two circuits should be on two different fuses.
The shift lock solenoid is powered by the 10amp turn signal fuse and the 15amp stop light fuse. If the fuse blows when you put it in park, I would say the shift lock solenoid is the problem and the stop light fuse is the one that is blowing.
The heater fan and relay are powered by a 60amp fuse and a 15amp fuse but not the stop light fuse.
Its possible there is a short some where that has connected these two circuits.
You could disconnect the shift lock solenoid to see if the fuse still blows.

Jag x-type error code p1699

This problem is normally associated with a failure of an ecu/can bus output, in many instances it is also associated with anouther problem being present, Air Con not operating correctly is a favorite. The best bet is to narrow the problem down try and locate what else isn't working and this will guide you to the cause problem. Problems can be anything from a faulty ECU to a blown fuse.

I have a 2003 durango with 4.7 lt eng showing codes of P0442,P0016. P0344,andP0340 the vehicle will buck when i try to kick in passing gear and the cruise will only stay on for a few minutes when the...

P0442 is the evap system. P0016 is Crankshaft-Camshaft Timing Misalignment Bank 1 Sensor 1.
P0344 and 340 is the CPS circuit. You probably have BCM faults as well. I would troubleshoot the camshaft sensor circuit first and replace the sensor if it does not test within specs.
I hope this helps.

Fan works ok blows cool air thermastat is ok

This could be that the actuator that opens the door in the heater is dead.. or the actual heater-core is bad. Which is costly and expensive.
