I don't think it can be reset without a dealer spec scan tool. Has the service been done? if so, the servicing garage should have reset it. Oil Changes are not "service" If it has not been done, have it done. If the service garage does not have the proper tools to reset the service indicator, they don't need to be working on MB.
Doing some checking this is an issue with the HV battery and its normal operating temperature range where the temperature range is exceeded or an issue with the HVBT climate control system having a failure.
