3/8 toe out is too much, should only be about 1/16 to 1/8

Car shimmies at 45 mph

have a front suspension check done and replace any worn ball joints and other failed parts . Check tyres for bulges in the side walls and belt separation . Have a wheel alignment done as this problem is a Castor wobble from negative castor settings. If a 4WD vehicle with a shocky on the tie rod bar have it replaced as it is not opertaional

Front End Shimmy - not a brake problem (rotors)

Time for a front end check, like idler arms, steering links etc for too much play.

Shimmy in front end at speeds of 50-60mph.

the tires, check if theyre worn out, make sure you check the inside edgea,if they're wearing unevenly, replace them and get an alignment from someone you trust, make sure the caster/camber and toe are in spec.-toe and camber are tire wearing angles-camber the most-if the inside or outside edges are worn more,or when you drive and let go of the steering wheel,it tilts to one side, camber problem, make sure tires are inflated correctly, about 32-36 psi, check ur gas flap for bmw recommended pressures-u should be safe with what i gave you-so yeah, check tire pressures and wear-if tires feathered, too much toe in or out-this should take care of your problem, good luck

Still have Shimmy at around 75 MPH. No slow speed shimmy or shimmy during braking. Just replaced the Front Tension Strut bushings with the Powerflex polyurethane ones. What else could be contributing...

Balance your wheels at a good shop. Have the tires checked for out of round/side wear. Are there any sidewall bubbles?

You could have a problem with the wheels themselves...but it is rare.
