How do i replace rear wheel bearings

the rear wheel bearing is part of the rear hub and not serviceable the hub itself needs to be replaced, its fairly simple, and not that expensive, you must remove the brake caliper and rotor to remove it.

Wheel bearing & drive axel replacement

lift the car support on jack stands remove the wheels remove the brake systems remove the wheel hub locking nut and then remove the strut (this must be compressed or it will hurt you)
remove the axles then when that is complete you need to have the wheel bearings knocked out of the brake hub or removed from the strut assembly and then a new pair reseated, or bolted on then you can assemble in reverse, if you are not mechanically inclined I would recommend a mechanic to do this.

Bulb replacement in hyndai sonata high mounted rear stoplight

Research revealed no available illustration of procedure. If memory serves, there are two 'access' plates on either side of the lamp assy (popped out with small screwdriver) and two phillps screws retaining the assy in place. Remove the access plates (plastic) and the screws behind them.. access is gained.

2000 SONATA

There are 4 bolts that you remove from the back of the dust cover. I used a 14mm socket. Just changed the rear wheel hub assy on a 2001 sonata. The hub is sold as a complete unit and it cost me 130.00 at advance auto. Pay good attention to the brake shoes if you took them off, so you can reintall them correctly. If you have trouble refer to the other side. In other words, do one side at a time.
