Have flashing light on toyota townace not sure why

are you sure the fuel pump relay is good try switching it with another one of the same type and number from your car check all fuses their are ign. fuses

best thing to do is to call a toyota dealer(ask for parts)
give them the cars VIN number (the set of numbers on dash behind windshield) and they should be able to tell you the correct ecm

Dipstick, oil filler , filter etc are under the passengers front seat.
If you lift the carpet immediately in front of the seat, you will see a pair of clips holding down the seat, unlatch them and lift the seat ( in some models they hide a clip in the centre console).
The brake fluid is under a cover in the dash.

it is the head gasket blown from the cyl to the water jacket ,a radiator specialist can test for combustion gases in the water to confirm this ,but that is what it is . "youdoit"

is it in the lower radiator hose

most engines the thermostats let water out into the top hose . toyotas thermostat is fitted in the engine block letting the water into the bottom hose. water goes the opposite way around.

check the piping from the compressor outlet to the throttlebody for boost leaks. also check to make sure that the wastegate actuator is functioning properly. it may be stuck open. the other thing to check for would be an exhaust leak either between the head and the exhaust manifold or the exhaust manifold and the turbo.
if its none of those things, check the blades on the turbo (compessor and turbine sides) for damage and make sure that it turns freely
