here is a link for all the torque specs for a Volkswagen 2.0L

tighten head bolts down to 40 nm (29.5 foot lbs) then 90 degrees than another 90 degrees starting in center make sure head bolts holes are clean and oil head bolts thats it

it depends on the size of the screws. i recommend to set torque as 100lbs for new bolts, 90 for old bolts
