2000 isuzu trooper 3.0 dieasel

the throw out bearing is damage.
classic.
or the clutch fingers in the pressure plate or warpped
but that dont matter, as both are same job. (same work)

P0401 is EGR problem
P0300 is a cylinder 3 misfire.
Replace EGR valve and do a full tune-up.

brake caliper sliders or pistons seized. (most common problem)

i had that problem with my car and all i had to do was put fluid in it and pump it up but it could be your clutch slave cylinder

hi found out that it is a dual mass flywheeel and its allowing this problem as its faulty

There is a small green 4x4 light that comes on when you have the key in at the heater plug position before starting if its not on then a fuse has blown .

if its a 4JX1 diesel, yes it goes in 1 spot yet it can be bolted up in every location
put crank pulley timing mark to TDC can also check by removing cam belt top cover and check timing mark aligned up with mark at 12 O clock then flywheel has small notch in edge that must go at 6 O clock (facing down) look closely it is hard to see due to flywheel sunk into back of block.

Was it lined up right as the trigger point for the sensor is important.Is the fly wheel fitted one position only that the bolt holes line up or will it fit no matter which position it bolts up Line up the flywheel trigger with the sensor after you have put the engine to Top Dead Centre.Put at tdc and see if the trigger and sensor are together.

DOES YOUR TROOPER HAVE A 3.O DOHC TDI ENGINE IF SO WHAT GRADE OF OIL DID YOU USE

i have a 92 trooper with the same problem but i also feel it thru my pedal. after 3 master cylinders, abs brain and proportional valve i still have "soft" brake pedal and the truck sits in my driveway. doeas your brakes "give" or feel as if they will not stop your truck ?
