The power seat in the truck has 3 motors, one of them is not working, the most common cause of this is the power seat switch is defective, it is often the forward and reverse seat positioning switch that fails because it is the one that is most used. If the switch checks ok then you will need to replace the the power seat track assembly, Ford does not sell any parts for the track, it is only available as one complete unit, I know this because i retired form a Ford dealer. It could be , but to replace it without testing would not be a wise idea . These modules can set DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's .Having a qualified repair shop check it would be your best bet .

Try tapping the power seat frame with a hammer to unbind the motor .

U will need to replace the power seat transmission, the gears are most likely stripped out, not uncommon, this part is $800 so i would suggest u try to locate a used one.
