If i recall this one has to be installed from underneath. it's easier as an assembly then disassemble on the floor.

Was there any recalls for a 2000 ford windstar

Call your local dealership service department with the 17 digit VIN vehicle identification number. You can find it either on the bottom driver corner of your windshield or inside the driver door on some labels. Call your dealership and ask them to run your VIN for any recalls. It doesn't cost you anything and neither should the recall repairs. Hope this helps b

I just recently purchased a 2000 Ford Windstar. The headlight on the passenger side will not work. I have replace the headlamp and the fuse to that part....still to no avail...no light. Could you help me...

If you bought your truck at a licensed dealership or used car lot, most states require that if the vehicle will not pass inspection, the seller must repair the vehicle at their expense. First check for corrosion in the headlamp bulb socket. Also check the headlight relay and for damaged wiring between the bulb, relay and fuse box.

Im wondering how can i tell if my 95 ford windstar has the origanal motor or not ..just by comparing numbers

The best thing to do is to give the VIN number to the dealership mechanic and ask that same question if you are unsure of its originality.
