KEYCODE light permanently lit on Citroen Relay van,

Friend wants to sell me his Citroen Relay van, year 2000, which starts and runs well, but on the dashboard, an orange light remains illuminated, with a key symbol and word CODE - which he said just ignore - can anyone advise

This tells me it's a 1.9 or 2.8 on a mechanical pump, I'd say the immoberlizer has been cut off as went wrong, if it has its more reliable

This dashboard symbol may illuminate red or yellow / amber on the Ford Transit / Connect. A cog with an exclamation mark inside indicates a malfunction with the powertrain, a sensor or software fault. Just installed replacement engine in Citroen Berlingo, on switching ignition on, temp. gauge goes full up and engine stop light comes on, suspect wiring fault?

Looking for exact location of indicators relay on my 2006 citroen relay van and also earthing points I have found one earthing point just below battery. I know there is 2 fuse boxes in dashboard and a
put hazzards on and listen for your relay switching follow the clicking and you ll find it

I have a 2000 Jeep Wrangler Trouble Symptoms: -When lights are on, brake lights (all three) remain illuminated and only flicker when brake pedal is depressed. Facts: -With lights off, dashboard lights...
sounds like wireing is shorted together. you need to trace down wires and check for bad spots in wireing. also be sure and check plug if you are set up for trailer lights.

Citroen C15 Diesel Van.
It definitely sounds like the electrical part of your ignition isn't working properly.When you turn the key, the lck and tumbler turns on the ign. switch in which sends power to the rest of the car.
