Take off the bed and slide it 3 to 5 feet back..and you will have a clear vision of the fuel pump..make sure u disconnect all the light wiring on the rear and the fuel cap and filler hose before removing the bed good luck

Does a 1998 Isuzu hombre truck have a reset button for the fuel pump

my guess you mean the fuel inertial crash valve.?
like many fords have.?
seems some Isuzu do too.

if you were to follow the tank pump pressure line, forward.
it may be there, just look, no need guess, or ask us to guess.
as some cars have it, depends on engine type and fuel system options....
the FSM book cover this, and even tells you which engine options have it.

98 isuzu hombre bed removal

remove the fuel filler and breather from the fuel tank, unclip the rear wiring harness to the rear lights and numberplate lights. and then locate the bolts that attach the tub to the chassis I think there are about 6 or so. when lifting up the rubber blocks may fall out but keep them with the bolts for later use . that should have it done as long as you have some one to help lift it out. hopefully that gets you on your way

How do i take the bed off of my '97 isuzu hombre? i need to get to to the fuel tank to replace a fuel line that has split.

Usually you do not remove the bed, but rather drop the fuel tank. Everything should be accessable then.
But, the bed just unboltst and you release all of the wires. A bed often gets damaged during removal, so I suggest that you drop the tank and do your repairs from the underside. It will be faster and easier.

I have a 1998 isuzu hombre 2.2l 4cyl. and I replaced the fuel pump and I get power to the sending unit when the key is turned on but no power to the pump andy ideas?

if u took the bed off make sure the ground is hook back up to the frame that should allowed the pump to come on.need to change the fuel pump relay when changing fuel pump, that could be why the pump stop working before u change the old pump.

Need to replace 1990 isuzu pickup fuel pump 2.6 what is the way to do this? How long should it take?

electric fuel pump is in that gas tank. you can do this 2 ways. one is take the bed off. un hook all your wires and remove the bolts out of the bed then get 3 buddies and remove the bed. so you can get to the top of the tank to get the fuel pump. or you can get a floor jack and support the tank and remove the tank straps and slowly ease the tank down so you can unhook the wires and hoses. then remove the tank all the way and work on removing the pump.

What is the easiest way to replace the fuel guage and fuel pump for the front tank on a 1995 f150 long bed?

the fuel gauge should not be replace as it should be only one for both tanks when you switch tank selector the wiring also switches so you get reading from the tank you are using .now to replace the fuel pump you have to drop the fuel tank, some people say its easier to remove the bed but i disagree. hope this helps you
