It is inline with the air intake .They are typically held in the tubing with hose clamps and a 2 or 3 wire connection. Make sure you check for direction of air flow.

What is possible problem?

An O2 sensor problem will not cause any drive related symptom. I would look at the Mass Air flow sensor and have the fuel pressure checked under a load to make sure it is within specs.

My car was diagnoised with a bad air flow sensor

the mass air flow sensor is located under the top plastic engine cover. to remove this un screw the oil filler tube by hand and remove the top cover. its just to the right of center engine. unplug this sensor. next it has two screws to take this off. It is not standard screws so look at it. remove them and replace sensor. After install go to autozone and have the warning code removed. This is done free. 2000 buick lesabre

Mass Air Flow problem

The M.A.S. is in the top of the metal tube between the air filter box and the intake manifold. It will have a wire connected to it and it is held in by 2 screws. This is an easy replacement and should take no more than 5 to 10 minutes, assuming you are taking your time.

Engine light on and it sputters when car inclines.

sound like the mass air flow sensor is dirty. take it off and clean with mass air flow cleaner and let it dry before putting it back in and try. it should be located in the air intake hose or the throttle body. also could be map sensor.
