When a new fuse is put in the bulbs and everything will operate for about 5 minutes before shorting again. The bulbs themselves are all operating

It wont be an overload, more likely a short, check saloon and boot light bulbs, boot light switch, door switches, looking for a broken switch or loose wire

Hello,my clock and radio do not work in my Hyundai xg300 the clock fuse blows every time I put a 10a mini fuse in .does anyone know how to fix this ? Thanks in advance.

You've either got a short somewhere or a bad earth.
It may be that an earth somewhere has corroded, or a live wire has chaffed/corroded. This usually happens around bulbs and brake lights, or the earth on the fuse box.

The wiring loom where it passes through the door pillars into the door is another favorite.

You can spend a lot of time looking and trying to find the fault.

The best and easiest option is to ask an auto electrician to identify which circuit the fault is on.

2009 Hyundai Accent My horn and radio doesn't work. I've checked the dash fuses and relays under the hood, I need help please!

The radio doesn't from the buttons on the steering wheel ? The clock spring inside the steering column could have an open in the wiring ! The clock spring allows you to turn the wheel from full left to full right while keeping the horn an radio control buttons connected electrically with wires going down the steering column . Do you have a Air bag light lit on the dash ? How cars clock spring works

What the fuse number for the stereo

Fuse #38 (10A) is for the clock and radio. You should keep an eye on it after replacing it though to determine if there is something more serious causing the fuse to blow

Just blew a fuse (15amp) on the aux circuit (clock, saloon light and radio). Went to replace fuse and it blew again. I went through a fairly deep puddle of water at some speed and this has been the result.

If you can, pull the bulbs for the saloon lights and disconnect the radio. Put in another fuse. If it doesn't blow, the problem is in the lights or the radio. If it does blow, the problem is in the clock or some other item on the aux circuit. you may have to wait until the water dries out of the wire bundle or connector where it is shorting things out.

I have a hyundai accent 2001 2 doors .my dash

you might need to look at the wires on the back of the radio, there might be an inline fuse, also you best have a look at the main fuse panel in the car and see if the one for the radio and clock has blown

03 Hyundai Elantra gt the gas and temp gage are inaccurate. Radio lights up but does not go on. Clock and interior lights do not work and fuse keeps blowing.

You have a short circuit and need to take your car to a dealership for troubleshooting and repair. Don't keep sticking fuses in it and blowing them, it's a waste of money. Take it somewhere before you have yourself a fire or a serious electrical disaster.

Clock and radio will not work

Check your clock and radio fuses at the fusebox if it got busted. If the fuses are intact, then you need a replacement for these items. They are damage by the
reversed polarity that happened.
