How do you remove the crankshaft pulley from a 1996 plymouth voyager 3.0

Here's a guess, I've only done a few.
Removing the pulley to change the seal would probably require removing the engine, because after you remove the bolt holding it on, you need to use a "pulley puller" to get it off.
I think there is an easier way.
I think mechanics drop the oil pan and change the gasket without removing the pulley.
Maybe you could call around and find if this is true.
Pulling the pan might not require removing the engine.

On 1996 Plymouth Truck Voyager 2WD 3.3L MFI 6cyl the ECM (Engine Control Computer) is located under hood, driver side, front side of strut tower, mounted on inner fenderwell.

that is a main (crankshaft) seal. you"ll have to remove serpentine belt, pulleys and timing cover,pry seal out and tap new one in softly with a hammer and socket same diameter as out part of new seal, make sure it goes in straight and reassemble all the way took apart. should be good to go and hope this helps

Oil pan gasket or crank shaft seal its going to be one or the other you just have to get down there and see which one it is.

Could be a pulley, also atl. or water pump, or just the belt.

On the transmission bell housing on backside of engine nearest the fire wall.

This removal is rather involved: use a turkey baster to suction out PS fluid,disconnect neg battery cable, remove serpentine belt, raise vehicle, support on jack stands, disconnect Oxygen sensor wiring harness from vehicle wiring harness, (access to this connection is thru the wiring harness grommet in the floor of the vehicle) remove catalytic converter from the exhaust manifold, remove exhaust system hangers/isolators from the bracket on the exhaust system, move the exhaust system as far as possible to the rear and left side of the vehicle, remove accessory drive splash shield, detach the ps supply hose coming from the fluid reservoir, from the fitting on the ps pump, plug the hose to prevent fluid leaking all over, remove ps pressure line from pump, plug this line also, remove ps return hose, plug line, remove nut attaching pump (@ rear of pump) to mounting bracket, loosen 3 bolts at front ps bracket, remove pump and bracket as an assembly, now remove 3 bolts and separate, reverse to install.
