I have a 2000 chrysler concorde lxi and my alarm was triggered somehow and locked out the signal from my ignition to my engine. when i turn the key over the car has power to all accessories but the motor will not turn over and i dont hear the fuel pump running, it might be but i cant tell. it did this to me about 2 weeks ago and i set the alarm then set it off, then disarmed it and it started, but now that does me no good.

1999 CONCORDE: check the battery terminals probably they are not tight enough...something like that happened to me just the lights turned on and the car seemed to be dead, the battery is still ok since then. I just needed to buy new terminals.

For the bulb removal follow these steps.
-Open the hood and look behind the headlamp assembly with the burned out bulb.
-You'll see a black plastic ring about 2 inches in diameter, rotate this a quarter turn.
-Unplug the bulb, gently pulling the clip up to release the bulb.

That is a code for an invalid skim key. If you have another skim key try it. If it does the same thing then the skim module may be bad.

Sounds like a short maybe. maybe the wire completely broke? if you know a technician, see if the fuel pump is even getting power when key is on

There is a faulty sensor or valve. Sounds like a valve. The best thing to do, is take it somewhere that can diagnose the trouble code. Autozone can I believe, and they can tell you exactly what's going on with it.
