Only am radio has volume on my mercedez benz ml320. Can anyone explain why the fm has no volume.

I have a mercedez benz ML320 which has a problem of not changing gear, it is as if only one gear is used. When engaging a gear it gives out a sound which is not normal to other automatic cars.
check your fluid level and if thats not the problem get it to a shop or drain some fluid to check the color and for metal shavings

1) I have mercedez e320 model 2002 from Japan but the navigation is in Japanese and not for Middle east. Where can I get the navigation cd for the Gulf middle east ? 2) The Radio is in Japanese...
It's no way to change the version, you have to replace command with the English version command unit, and also have to buy the navigation DVD from dealer, is this information helped you?

ML320 2003-FM radio not working except by turning the volume to maximum and it can only be heard faintly. The AM, cassette, Cd and phone work fine at normal volume. Any ideas??
