The trouble is deeper. What you did was right but it appears to be oil related. Something wrong with the oil distribution. It shakes because of oil impedance. That is a mechanic's job my friend to find a blockage in oil distribution. It may be very simple but time consuming. Something is wrong with the distribution of oil.
Rread the trouble codes with a wireless OBD adapter and OBD Fusion app. If the codes indicate lean condition, such as P0171 or P0174, then smoke test the engine for vacuum leaks.

I would first check for a vacuum leak. Common areas of intake leaks are: 1. The crankcase vent valve located under the intake. 2.Check the intake boot at the throttle housing. You will find that there is an elbow where a small hose goes to your idle valve. Using your hand feel in the elbow area for a hole in the rubber. Your tech can use brake cleaner and spray the intake to check for leaks or use a smoke tester. 3.Possible failing Mass Air Meter. At idle, in park, and a/c not on the meter reading should be appr. 18-22 hz

hey man, i had the same problem with my 325i (clankins sound on cold start-up) i took it to the dealership to have a look they diagnosed it wrong telling me a pulley is cracked and quoted me a ridiculous amount to fix it so, i decided to have a look 4 myself and i found that a pulley was loose the pulley looks similar to that of a cog of a bike it has 1 bolt in the center, that bolt was loose so all i did was tighten it and it solved the clanking sound , give it a shot it might work for you.

Your oil is a little low, and the timing may be off a bit but if it smooths out after warm it is probably ljust
