Sorry, for the slow response. That sensor your refferring to
is the MASS Airflow Sensor,which seems to be bad. Take the
sensor off the air intake hose and see if anything is stuck in the
element. It is very delicate,so be careful. Reconnect it and if you have a digital multimeter,check to see if the voltage across the
power side is no more than 5 volts. I'm betting it's bad. Good luck.

HI,YES, THE HIGH ACELERATION IS UP ON IT'S OWN, AND NOT GET DOWN UNTIL I DISCONNECT THE SENSOR THAT IS BETTWEN THE AIRCLEANER AND THE HOSE THAT GO TO THE CARBURATOR...
YES THE HIGH ACELERATION IS ON IT'S OWN AS SOON I START THE CAR. AND GET DOWN BUT INCONSISTENT UNTIL I DESCONNECT THE SENSOR TAHT IS BETTWEN THE AIR CLEANER FILTER AND THE CARBURETOR ( ON THE HOSE),,,
What checkvalve are you refferring to? The PCV Valve? Is the High Acceleration Issue the engine revving up on it's own?Need more information , please.
