Sorry, for the slow response. That sensor your refferring to
is the MASS Airflow Sensor, which seems to be bad. Take the
sensor off the air intake hose and see if anything is stuck in the
element. It is very delicate,so be careful. Reconnect it and if you have a digital multimeter, check to see if the voltage across the
power side is no more than 5 volts. I'm betting it's bad. Good luck.

98 nissan altima shakes when i come to a stop and sometimes cuts off

If you also have rough idle or inconsistent idling as well you may need the IAC valve checked. Some of the shops would let you borrow their scanner, see if you can retrieve error codes, the error codes would help you accurately identify the part that may be going bad.

The engine seems to have oil, but the light is on in my 1995 nissan altima

The oil light means you have low oil pressure but not necessarily low oil.
Low oil pressure can lead to serious engine problems and should be fixed right away.

When I try to accelerate my car has no power!

There could be a couple of reasons. Yes a tune up would be nice. But my not fix the problem. If you are not losing acceleration on straight away but on hill, then it could be the torqe converter. Also have your MASS airflow sensor checked and air filter.

Also check your fuel pressure at the fuel rail. Get a fuel gauge and look for a port on the fuel rail for a port that looks like the valve on the tire. Screw it in and crank the car. You will have to call the part store to find out what pressure it is supposed to be. If there is low or eratic pressure the its the filter or pump

Blower motor out on my 95 altima

You should be able to remove wire harness, & screws holding it in there & just lower it down & out, but you may have to remove glove box first to get at it all.
