Nissan has to have the worst cd player system in history going back to 2001 pathfinder wich every year and model has had this stupid problem and they would never fix under warranty. best bet is to get after market one dont waste ur money fixing this one if you dont know how to open radio you must get some one who can get cds out

My 2011 navara d22 str makes a loud click noise when on full turn what can it be??

Loud click when on full lock. Is it a loud metallic sound? Put some grease on the steering stops and try again. Nissan do make a nylon cap but putting a bit of grease on at each service is just as good.

Does not make any noise but cd'd will not eject. Keep getting changer error warning

looks like your cd is jammed inside your cd player. if its a stock radio i would take it to a dealer so it doesnt void a warrenty if your is strict.. if you can disconnect the battery and take the radio out. there should be 4-6 screws on the top designed to take out jammed cds good luck
