Its not very hard if you have mechanical know how, the upper and lower intakes are easly removed after they are removed you have axcess to injector rails. there is like 14 bolts in upper intake and 8 in lower plastic intake then 4 bolds hold rain in place
Its actually quite easy if you have some mechanical know how once youve located the injector that you want to replace youll have to disconnect it from the fuel rail its usually held in place by a small clip which can be pulled off with a small screw driver unplug the harness pull slow and firm in upward motion may have to twist while pulling it should pop out make sure that the o-ring comes out with the injector if not the new one will leak (badly) install the new o-ring on the new injector push down on it until ti pop in place reverse the process to finish up.
