Piece of cake depending on which one you are replacing
basically, just unplug the sensor and unscrew the sensor
they make a special socket for the job but if space is not an issue a pipe wrench works well
the tough part is the fact that they are usually rusted in there pretty good
lots of penetrating oil...(NOT wd-40 but something like PB Blaster) or a torch will make life easier
