There is drain plug on the drivers side of the radiator at the bottom, but the safest way is to just remove the lower radiator hose on the passenger side to drain the radiator. The drain plug is plastic and it may crack due to time and heat and you'll have to buy a replacement radiator drain plug, for this reason most newer radiator don't come with a drain plug and if you want one you'll have to install the drain plug kit. If your radiator doesn't have a drain plug then you have the newer radiators install already as the older radiators we still being installed until they were all gone and the new ones were installed.

There is a wing nut looking knob close to the bottom of the radiator. turn the knob and it will drain. be careful not to break the knob off i believe they are plastic on those vehicles and they sometimes get corroded in there and will break. you could also pull the bottom radiator hose none of these will completely remove all the fluid from the vehicle there will still be some in the engine and the heater core...

The drain plug should be located on the drivers side on bottom of radiator. Should be a flat tab that you can use to unscrew it. Or the faster/messier way of doing it, is to pull of lower radiator hose. Alot faster but alot harder to catch coolant to reuse.

Hi the drain is usually located at the bottom of the rad but as you dont need to drain all the water out the best option would be to remove one of the hoses off the bottom of the rad then let the water drain out then after you have drained enough (you can drain it all this way also) put the hose back on and make sure its tighten up properly.
Now when you fill it back up make sure you get all the air out of the water system as not doing this can cause damage to the engine. Most engines are self bleeding so you should have no problems with this.
Have a good look at all the water hoses that run along the top part of the engine and check if any of them have a small screw located along one of the hoses it will be half way along the hose and looks like small plastic screw if you have one of these then remove the screw before filling the water up then when you start filling it up all the air will come out of here wait untill all the air has stopped coming out and the water is flowing out without any air bubbles present then tighten up and top the water up to the correct level.
Now start your car and let it tick over untill it reaches temp wait untill the fan cuts in if it is electronic fan keep an eye on the temp as not to boil the water incase of any air lock problems you should find you have no problems.
