To check power turn on AC if fans work it is the fan thermostat. I not then it is electrical fuses (dash under radiator overflow, next to battery) or check plug on shroud for corrosion.
Check fuses first, then power to the fan, if none, that takes you to the relay, be sure thats getting power
check your thermostat and possibly your cooling fans and temp
sensor
for the fans
Make sure there is no debris in front of your radiator or ac
condenser
