What is the fuel pressure specs on a Chevy cobalt 2.2 ecotec 2009

I don't know the exact pressure but 55 psi sounds good to me. Most ordinary passenger cars run at about 2 bar with something like a 5 psi increase for acceleration.
A pressure test isn't a lot of use on its own as it is possible it can provide the pressure when no demands are placed on the engine but not deliver the volume of fuel needed when demands are made. A peak pressure test and a flow test would ensure the fuel system is good.

I am wondering if the egr valve is on the same side as the lean bank? Dodgy egr valves are a big cause of bad running.

1999 ford explorer 4 liter code says both banks are lean do all 4 sensors have to be replaced?

You almost never replace all four sensors.
Usually if all 4 sensors are reading lean, the injectors are running lean or there is a massive air leak somewhere.
Have you checked the fuel pressure ?

98 ford explorer running to lean, replaced fuel pump, mass air flow sensor and checked for vaccuum leaks. Any suggestions? we are at a complete loss at this point. Please help

spray carb/choke cleaner under intake on mating surface to lower intake. go around the whole intake, dont be shy but spray it.(motor running) does rpm change? if bad seal Usually rpm raises. if so replace intake gaskets, $22.00 parts. Is check eng light on? if yes code check it.although it will only read lean as it cannot detect air leaks. if no code or light carb cleaner is the way to check for air leaks. NOT STARTING FLUID!! I just finished this repair on my 98 tonight, 1-6-11 it runs great, idles also.

Have a 2007 ford 500 wont start shows codes po191 p2196 p2198

P0191 is Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor "A" Circuit Range/Performance
P2196 and P2198 are lean bank 1 and lean bank 2. You normally show lean bank codes if the air-fuel ratio is not correct. The most common cause is a hole in the hoses between the PCV valve and the intake on the motor (back of the motor generally). The fuel rail pressure sensor code could either be caused by the vacuum leak or by a failing fuel regulator. I would first check for holes in the rubber hoses especially where there are right angle rubber hose connectors. Look for soft squishy or oily spots on the hoses.

I have two code PO0171 and PO0174 it says my bank 1 and bank 2 are lean is this a problem with my fuel flex?

I have the same codes on my 2003 Explorer 4.0 Liter V6. I was told many things from bad fuel pressure to bad computer. One peice of advice was correct. Bad air fuel mixture caused by a vacuum leak. The leak could be from a bad vacuum hose or the intake gasket. Mine turned out to be a hole in an elbow vacuum hose on the top of the engine, passanger side, near the intake. Fixed and runs great with no more check engine light.
