It could help to know what fuse is blowing to what and what you are doing at the time it blows it could be it isn't a large enough fuse the wire is shorting or or the wire caring isn't large enough 4 the load? need more info unless this helps!

Windshild wipers wont stop I replaced the wiper switch but they still keep wiping I have a 1998 Honda civic ex

If the wiper keeps blowing, it should be because the wiring of the wiper motor is faulty. Send your honda civic to a repair shop.

Keep blowing horn fuse

There is likely a shorted wire in the circuit, allowing the current to spike and blow the fuse.

ok first there could be a direct short in the ecu causing the fuse to blow OR the alternator/starter solenoid could be shorting out and blowing the fuse unhook the alternator and see if it blows the fuse then repeat with the starter and the ecu and let me know what happens

2000 honda civic vp keeps blowing low beam fuses left and right.

Fuses nearly always blow because of a bad earth. The switch only needs to short for a moment and the fuse will blow.

See if you can find a replcement swtich from a local breaker's yard or ebay and go on from there.
