Sounds like a lean fuel condition. If fuel pressure is good, I would suspect a dirty or faulty mass airflow sensor. Try disconnecting the sensor in the air intake tube near the air filter. If the problem goes away, replace the sensor.

Remove the air cleaner element from the RH side of the engine air cleaner.

you may have a faulty intake gasket, for some reason you have air leaking into your engine that is bypassing your air measuring device...you may have a vacuum hose that is cracked, intake manifold gasket leak that seals itself with heat, or possibly a faulty mass airflow sensor
There is about a 90% chance that if you replace your Idle Air Control Solenoid (IAC) your problem will go away. The other 10% could be many other things including a faulty Coolant Temperature Sensor, Mass Airflow or MAP Sensor, etc.
check for a leak in the air duct between the air filter box and the throttle body. When the mass airflow sensor was replaced you may have failed to get tight connections and any leak in this ductwork will cause problems with driveability. Also check for any thin or soft ruber spots in hoses between PCV valve and the intake. Any holes in these will cause the vehicle to run poorly but normally would be noticed at idle also.
