Once you have used the provided link, you will be directed to owner.ford.com site. In the Search box located in the upper Right corner, search on Owner Guides. When you select owner guides, you will be taken to another page. About a third way down, under "Featured Search Results:", Select Owner Manuals.You will then taken to a new page where you can enter the Model, Year, etc.
Hope that helps a few that gave thumbs down to solution! I was able to find the fuse panel for my 2003 E150 Ford inside the cab drivers side up near brake pedal on firewall at this site. Thanks poster.

www.edmonds.com for owner manuals online I also have a 2000 expedition and it is normally one of the coil packs is out if you have an autozone near you they will put it on the tester for free and that way you will know what is wrong and if it is the coil pack if you are standing in front of the truck looking at the engine this is how the cylinder location is on the passanger side back to the back of the engine is one thru four and on driverside is five thru eight so when they tell you which coil pack is bad you will know which one to replace and you can get just the boot and a new spring and replace that for around $6 to $8 then replacing the whole thing for around $65. try www.autozone.com to see if they have your car listed for diagrams pictures and step by step instructions if your car is not listed then try your local library they have all the car manuals and even copy them for you
