Most of the time, when it is run without oil it is done with. You don't have a reset button. Will the engine turn over and try to start? If it turns over then you have a chance of getting it running. It wouldn't be the starter, With the car still running after turning off the ignition it tells me something with the ignition is wrong. It's hard to say what is keeping it from starting if the engine turns over especially with the car running out of oil. The engine could have locked down and snapped the timing belt, in this case the engine can still be turned over but will never start. This is a issue that will have to be looked at and the little things deleted that "could be" the problem. Good Luck.
make sure the timing belt hasnt broken.they can break at anytime when old and usually break when decellerating [spelling wrong] or when turning off engine.
Your fans (low and high) have number of parts.
1. Temputure sensor
2. Hi and Lo fan relays (PCM)
3. Relay located in the fan assembly itself
If you car over heats either in idle or when you turn the air conditioner you are having an eletrical issue. The fix is easy but can take some time, rewireing and a relay.
