First. replace the battery in the remote.then lock the car with the key and hold key over for 30 secs.then press the unlock button for 30 secs if it unlocks then the car has reset itself. if not could be fuse/electrics.

you can take the fuse out from under ther bonnet and open and close the doors manually(boot may not open though), the fault is with one of the locking mechenisms in any door

hi check your fuses before anything else if they are ok check your wiring in the drivers door as it seems the drivers door actuator is faulty be carfull if you try to see if you can test by by-passing the actuator all the switches need to be connected before you can test as one feeds the other and vise -versa if no live going to the switch and its not a fuse check the wiring loom where it passes through the door to the a-post as opening and closing the door breaks the wires yates210456

Aot of cars have problems with the actuators binding up. The sympton is you see or hear the switch trying to but wont.
The only fix is to replace the units.
