Under the hood near the left front strut tower there's a fuse box. In the fuse box there is a blown 15amp fuse. The fuse will be blue in color. Replace the fuse and the radio, clock and dome light will come back on.
what if I have the same problem and all of my fuses are fine??? I need help :(
This is for anyone with this problem, I had the SAME issue and NO one had the right answer on here, if they best you can do is "this must be a wiring isssue" your an IDIOT and should go back to facebooking. IF you have checked your fuses and that is not the issue, it is the cigerette lighter, there are fuses behind here that have gone out and is not completing the circuit for the radio, the lighter, the clock or the automatic windows. I found a 5 minute fix and it works on you tube! THANK you for people that know what they are talking about out there....here is the link.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f2SphvH4K...

you need to check the fuse some ?
SOURCE: clock, and dome light (2004 aveo)
If the fuse blows when you start the car their is a bare wire somewhere in the wiring system that is grounding out when power goes through the system. Thier is a possibility of it being something else that is on the same fuse. You will have to trace the wires to find out what and where it is exposed. Your switches should be tested also. The switch that turns the light on manually and the one located in the door jam itself that turns the light on when opening the door. You should bring your car to a mechanic who is qualified in electrical dianosis. I hope this helped you out. good luck..... It would be appreciatted if you could rate my answer. tThanks....MIKE-

Its below the Dashboard, on the left side of your knee. You have to use a torch & locate it from under the Dashboard, Its roughly near to the Clutch Pedal.
Here, it looks like this:
