Question about 2003 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class
You have two batteries, one under bonnet, other in boot
Battery under bonnet is for starting only
Battery in boot is for consumer elecs
It should charge and put consumer elecs back on line as you drive
If you attatch battery box/jump leads to battery in boot and it clears problem it will confirm faulty battery
Otherwise charge battery ,maybe you did not drive it for as long as it needed to put enough charge in it

Testimonial: "Thank you very much!"
Put the accessory battery on a trickle charger when it is parked for extended periods of time. The MB dealer will sell you an expensive one.
