If cruise is on the horn pad it needs a clock sprin in the steering column if this ****** has air bags this is dangerous **** and you need a pro and not backyard johny either but a pro
I live near Chicago and had lived in Arizona as well. the variances in tempretures wreak havoc on electrical componets in all vehicles. usually the circuitry is sealed for weather purposes and the change in degrees from 100 above to 20 below will crack the seal making the part useless. the steering wheels horn pad is the worst design for the material it is made from contracts from the excessive cold weather and shrinks making the horn to go off
