Can't get the lighter to work on my honda civic ex 2dr 97. don't have a manual so not sure which fuse to look at or relay. Can you help? no power at all.

if the fuse and relay is fine then check the horn itself. with someone pushing on the horn button check for power at the wire on the horn you should have power if not it could be a broken wire from the horn back to the relay. also check to make sure the horn has a good ground. if you do have power chances are the horn itself needs replacing. sometimes the horn pad goes bad, but that rarely happens.
the fan relay in the fuse/relay box under the hood. should be marked. pull it out and see if the fan stops (it should) when you reinstall it it should click, if it does the relay is good, and the Radiator Fan Control Module may be bad, its complicated to check, but if you think it needs one, I have a new one, HONDA part #37740-P0H-A02. verify the part number and see if it fits your car. I am reasonably sure that your horn relay is in the relay/ fuse box that is located beside your battery, on the rear passenger side , under the hood!
either on the firewall or it has a expansion valve inside the high pressure pipe ,bit old for the later i would have thought ,look under the bonnet and follow the pipes to the firewall and it should be their
