I have a 1985 s10 blazer .. i drained the oil and replaced the plug, and replaced the oil filter .. however, i am unable to remove the oil fill cap. it does not pull out nor unscrew .. it does hand turn in either direction .. it appears to be a Stant style push/pull cap with the words "oil fill" on it .. any suggestions as to how i can add oil to my truck ?

If you have any other fittings on the valve cover (pcv valve, breather tube etc) you can put a hose into the valve cover through that hole and fill it. (slowly...most have baffles inside). I have seen engines filled through the dipstick tube also (takes forever though).
Once you get oil in there, bring it to a shop and have someone show you how to get the fill cap off so it is easier next time.

Where is the oil drain on a 98 blazer 4.3L 4x4

It should be located right under to motor oil pan. It's probly a 15mm bolt. Just make sure that it's not the tranny oil drain. If for any reason when you see redish oil draining make sure to plug it right back up- red oil is transmission oil.
