Where is the PCM located on the engine

  • When one of these errors occurs, usually it will turn on the "checkengine" light on the dashboard. The PCM is one of potentially several on-board computers, or essentially the "brain" of theengine control system. The primary inputs to the PCM come from many sensors, of different types, that are spread around the car.

Pcm is not grounding injectors. need a pin diagram and ground location diagram

Ground points are in different locations throughout wiring harness. If you had any work done to engine it is very possible to have missed one of the grounding eyelets during the process of putting things together. Check along wiring harness in any area you can see or reach to try to locate any loose or disconnected ground looks.

Where is the computer located/

You have to disengage the PCM (computer) wiring harness from the PCM as the PCM is removed from under the dash. The PCM connector is located on the firewall under the hood to the left of the brake booster, you'll see the a large retangular wiring connector (120 wires) with a single bolt in the middle. Unscrew the bolt, go back under the dash to remove the PCM.

Where is the PCM on a 98 plymouth voyager located

The pcm is located on the drivers side in behind the fuse/relay panel against the fenderwell. You will have to remove the screws holding the fuse/relay panel, and move it out of the way to get to the pcm if you decide to remove it. Make sure to disconnect the negative cable from the battery first before you do any type of work. Also make sure to ground yourself to the van body before you handle it. Without doing this will damage the pcm, (static electricity). hope this will help you.
