you may have a relay that is not working or your blower motor is simply burnt. find the connections for the blower motor uplug and test to make sure you are getting power to the blower.if you are then test the blower motor.if that is allright then test your resistors for the different speeds .it may be one or all but in my experience 90 percent of the time the blower motor is the culprit.
This is a bad alternator, if u are very skilled then u should have no problem, u just need common hand tools, remember to disconnect Battery before staring working, take a picture before u start work of bolts and wiring to alt..
