2000 Town and Country Intermittent Start.

200o Town and Country, Turn the key, sometimes nothing, sometimes a click, most of the time it starts. Any idea? Do not want the wife stranded. Thank You

I don't have a solution, but my 2000 town and country does the same thing. I just bought it a month ago and it started about a week after I bought it. I took it to my mechanic and he said the starter post were dirty and cleaned them, said that should fix it. Needless to say it's still doing it. I would love to know the reason as well. Anyone have any suggestions.

2002 Chrylser Town and Country. When we put the key in the ignition everything lights up like it should. You turn the key just to the on position and the the engine starts to turn over, but will not...

The Ignition Key assembly has a loose wire at the back. Remove it and fix the wires. The other possibility is that your Ignition Key assembly is faulty or damaged. Sometimes, if the wrong key is inserted, it could cause permanent damage of this kind.
These apply to all cars.

2005 town and country Sometimes will not start and stay running..after a few times trying it will go totally dead, after a few min it's fine? While all this is happening either all the driver dash lights...

May be a bad ignition switch or a bad ecm( computer).

yes it sounds like the starter is bad,you have to keep on turning the key and you hear a click everytime you turn the key,replace the starter that should solve that problem,also make sure your battery connections are tight and clean.
