Hallo
change parking light and both light will go out. service light lit, if anny other foult is present. if all lights are ok, check their consumption. (in W)
also check licence plate bulbs

    Had similar problem. Parking & Service light stay on, refereed to handbook and refers to problem with parking break. This seems to be working fine. Checked break fluid and this was low (know the reason, minor leak on caliper, soon to be replaced), topped up, but light didn't go out. Disconnected Battery terminal to try to reset, on reconnection problem cleared. Eureaka

Renault espace
The bumper is held on by just two 13mm bolts, the problem is getting to them. First remove the air filter and you will then see a black junction box on the right hand side, remove this and the bracket underneath to get to the bumper bolt. The driver side bolt is behind the small black junction box under a larger black junction box. Remove the small one 2/3 small bolts) to access the other bumper bolt. Its easy to do just takes a bit of time.
