    Thanks mate is this a handy job or do u have to take the dash out to get at it. would it cost much to fix it

Inside the car? probably heater core. u can try some bars leak radiator stop leak and run it for 15 minutes. This is temporary until u get it fixed

Check the thermestat,replace it dont cost much,also check your fan relay switch

I have a 98 nissan primera sri with the factory fitted nats alarm/immobiliser.the mil light is flashing on the instrument panel and the alarm indication light is on when i turn on the ignition.the engine...
your nissan primera nats alarm is connected to the factory fitted stereo. check your stereo fuse as these are the symtoms i have done this before

Smoke/steam coming from vents Nov 2005 X Trail . Screen steams up. 22 TD SVE
You most likely have a leaking heater element core.
Disconnect (or bypass) the water/coolant to the heater.
If the steam stops, you need a replacement the heater core.

Oil capacity nissan td 27 engine
Hi! What I've done in the past is purchase two 5 litre containers of the correct grade oil then carefully topped up until just showng below Max level on dipstick I run the car briefly to check for leaks and to fill up new oil filter I let it settle on level ground with engine switched off then top up slowly to correct level, Oh I think you'll find 6 litres is the Norm!
