Engine on the passenger side makes load clicking sound until it warms up, after it warms up it goes away. It appears to be related to heat expansion. What is that sound or cause?

This could be many sounds. First off it could be the sound of an injector or it could be the sound of the lifters rattling a little until warmed. Usually though the lifter sound comes after the engine has warmed up. Have you had the oil changed at regular intervals? Maybe try some better gas if your not using premium and the car calls for it? Check your owners manuel for this.

Anti lock brakes activate and make loud rubbing and clicking noise on normal stops on cold days (less than 40 degrees).

If the issue goes away when the car is hot, then it's likely not a sensor issue. Check the brake caliper for free moving and check the caliper's pistons to make sure they aren't seized.
Check the condition of the brake disk and pads.

Some ticking noise is normal especially with older engines that use hydraulic lifters. The valve lash may need to be checked and you could replace the lifters but as you can tell since it only happens when it is cold, the expansion due to heat is enough to close the gap causing the noise. Therefore it is a very close tolerance and probably not worth the time to work on.

What could be the clicking sound coming from the engine - continues clicking as I drive. it's a 2005 pontiac sunfire

If it just does it when cold it's piston slap. GM made the skirts shorter to save weight and metal so until they warm up and expand in the walls your piston sill "rattle around" in the sleeve of the block making a "ticking" sound. This is normal but annoying.
If it continues when warm it could be a number of things too numerous to mention.
Try adding Lucas to your engine oil on the next service and see if it goes away.
Switching to a higher grade fuel may also solve your issue. Both cheap fixes.
