I found anti freeze in my air intake. what kind of problem am i looking at
First start the car to operating temps and check all hoses for any small pin holes that could have sprayed onto your air intake. If you find nothing then it could possibly be a blown intake manifold gasket that is leaking into your air intake
Testimonial: "i found no external water leaks car will not start so i checked for fuel with a pressure gauge then checked for spark with a inline plug tester all Ok"
There are many repair manuels at local parts places that are under $20. Autozone, Murrays, pep boys, etc etc..
The 3800 series II engine has a two piece intake manifold. The top is "plastic" (Thermal set, --turns to ash when it gets past its melting point) and has a port behind the throttle body where coolant circulates to keep the throttle plate from sticking or freezing up. The lower intake half is aluminum and has a PCV tube (steel) that extends into the upper intake behind the throttle body. This tube gets extremely hot, as you could imagine, and tends to "melt"/ "deteriorate" the intake manifold where the coolant passage is and a leak develops allowing coolant to enter the intake/engine. Most auto part stores sell the intake upper for less than 100 dollars with a smaller diameter PCV tube made of aluminum, allowing more of a gap (a couple of millimeters) between it and the coolant port behind the throttle body, the aluminum allows for greater heat dissipation also (Material). This is/was a known issue at General Motors Powertrain, but the failure rate did not dictate a recall or service bulletin. Let's put it this way, this issue is so common that auto parts stores stock the intake....about a five hour job for a novice.

thanks where can i get information on how to repair this
It is possible that the plastic intake manifold has cracked; they often do at this age. It could also be a leaking pre-heat hose to the intake manifold.
