Use google to search for the wiring diagram. They are out there. You can get ALL the service info on any KIA but it is not free. If you cannot find it, look for kietechinfo.com and then get your card out to pay.. Most stereo shops online post the diagrams through and they are free. Search term is 06 KIA SPECTRA RADIO WIRING
they dont necessarily serve any singular purpose each manufacturer will have its own color codes that can even vary by the subcontractor they hired to make the part, usually all the connectors are the same though, if you want to know about the stereo wiring, Crutchfield has excellent bluprints of the wires going to the stereo, navigation, and antitheft wiring and how to bluprints of how to remove door panels and dashboard assemblies, the other wires to engine controls and other equipment will be available at your dealership, but there definatly is no longer any color code standardized in the industry, a green wire could be hot but a red wire is seldom neutral
