Instructions for replacing sway bar on chevy venture

The sway bar bushings are easily replaceable ....remove the 2 bolts that hold the mount and remove the old/damaged bushing.....slip the new one over the sway bar and replace the bracket....done.
I would replace both while I was under the car....here is a picture for reference....

Usually suspension lifts utilize longer sway bar links or relocates the sway bar lower to accommodate the change in distance between lower control arms and the frame.

Its an easy job if you use a replacement strut assembly with the spring installed.These are best as you get a new top strut mount which includes a new top bearing ,a new spring and of coarse the new strut. 3 bolts at the top and a sway bar link to disconnect in the wheel well and 2 bolts at the strut/hub.If you do not buy an assembled strut DO NOT try to remove the spring without a GOOD spring compressor!!!!

It Shouldnt, It Is Either Going To Be You're Sway Bar, Sway Bar Bushings Or Tire Rod Ends.

sway bar links or stabilizer links? One end is attached to the stabilizer bar and the other end is attached to the strut I believe.

Are you using the correct key?

It sounds like you may have bad shock absorbers. It could also be the anti-sway bars are worn out, or broken. These are 2 components that could cause the problem you're having. Take it to a repair center, & have it put on a lift to see the full view of the undercarriage. That will let you see all the components at the same time.

not too bad a job, the hubs are sealed bearing units and replace in one piece. The stabilizer is a cinch just get both front wheels the same height off the ground, so the bar will be unloaded, and un bolt it.

sounds like tie rod ends with the shaking.check struts and sway bar links on the snapping. hope this helps you.
