You seem to have an earthing ground problem. There should be 2 ground points at the back of the boot, one on the left and one on the right. If you can access them, you will need to unscrew them and clean these 2 points with some fine sand paper. Maybe this will work. If not, find connect an extension cable from a bulb circuit that works to the affected bulb circuit, in your case, the rear bulb circuit, although this is a bit tricky.
