Why is it hard to start in the morning kinda off timeing sounds but after that it starts fine

Is it hard to start all the time or just the first time in morning ?

It sounds like it has jumped time. What year is the car and how many miles. Timing chains can go bad as early as 70,000 miles

SOUNDS LIKE ITS GOING TO NEED A NEW FUEL PUMP THE FUEL IS DRAINING BACK INTO THE TANK AND IT HAS TO BUILD UP FUEL PRESSURE AGAIN BEFORE IT WILL START

Check fuel pressure make sure its within specs.

try if this works\improves your situation;

turn the key to ON but don't crank, let it sit for 2 seconds. Do this 2-3 times, then put it in the ON position, wait 2 seconds then crank. As for what it is, could be spark plugs, fuel pump\line issue, etc..

fuel filter and regulator a both poss...regulator located on fuel rail ...filter underneth in front of gas tank

Sounds like the begining of a bad rack n pinion. We can eliminate the pump because the car turns to the right fine. There is no loss of fluid? The only thing left is the rack. It is a fairly commin issue. Use to call it morning sickness, The cars would be hard to turn in the morning or when first started but after running and warming up for a while they would start to work properly.

i know it sounds old school but try tapping the starter kinda hard and then try starting it sometimes they get to hot and freeze up

have the alternator tested and check condition of the drivebelt to see if may need to be replaced and also check the battery for a weak cell
