The is most likely the chemical that is injected between mirror layers that keeps the mirror from icing on a heated mirror. The seal has deteriorated due to age, most likely. It needs to be replaced with another of the same mirror or a non heated single layer mirror.

Testimonial: "Thanks for the help... I figure it is probably too costly to replace the mirror however."

Underneath my tahoe on driver side is a small leak, clear fluid what can it be ?

Maybe brake fluid. Under the hood on the drivers side is the brake fluid reservoir and the brake lines generally run from there, under the drivers side, to the rear brakes. The lid may be loose or a line may be leaking. Would help to have someone look under the vehicle while someone pushes the brake to see if fluid is dripping.

My 1991 buick park avenue brakes dont work and there is no presure when i hit the brake pedel and i checked that theres no air pressure how do i fix it

this sounds like your master cylinder has gone out, Located on the fire wall on the drivers side of the car ,, if your fluid level is good, and you detect no fluid leaks at the wheel cylinders, this is the most likely problem

I have a toyota 1996 camry and I notice that it is very hard to steer and turn the steering wheels. i also notice that there was little or no power steering fluid in the container.

SR you just found the problem a leak in the power steering system, check the floor were you park the car every day, there steering fluid by the driver side the problem is the steering rack, there is fluid by the engine passenger side, pressure line, banjo fitting, return line, and also steering rack, the best thing to do is clean the oily area, refill reservoir drive it and check for a fresh leak.

The car is leaking fluid on the drivers side. Also

if the fluid has a strong smell then its likely brake fluid .. that would be a bad master cycilnder ... if the fluid smells like antifreeze then thats a leaking heater core ... if its just water then look foor a clogged drain hose on the ventalation air intake chamber ... the brake fluid will be oily and a strong smell .. if thats the problem then it is not safe to drive until that is fixed .. you could partially or completely lose braking ... .

Could also be water from the evaporator, from the air conditioner.
